Peter Alan Overseas do not believe in enticement to get you to come on a viewing trip but recognise that you are there to meet with our experts locally, we will arrange accommodation locally with you before the trip and your expenses will be refunded when you go ahead and purchase. This is one of the most important trips you will make so we take it as seriously as you do, and look for results that match your expectation of us.

Our partners Girasol Homes have offices locally and on arrival, their highly trained sales consultants and support staff will meet you. They are not only extremely knowledgeable and English speaking, but also friendly and efficient and will guide you through the entire buying process. All of our trips are on a one to one basis and tailored to your needs.
We can even take you to visit a solicitor should you decide to go ahead and purchase, so that you can complete all the necessary paperwork before you return home.

If you have already arranged to visit your chosen area, we can still make a viewing trip appointment for you with our overseas office. If you decide to do this, give us plenty of information before you travel and this will enable us to prepare a selection of properties for you to view. The more information you provide, the better prepared we can be for your visit.
